The Solar and Heliospheric Observatory captures our star around the clock — SoHO Viewer puts that feed on your iPhone and iPad, updated automatically whenever you open the app.

Browse multiple instruments side by side: EIT 304 and EIT 171 reveal the solar corona in extreme ultraviolet, while LASCO C3 shows the outer corona and any passing comets. Switch to landscape for an immersive full-screen view, or zoom in to explore fine detail.
